🛰️ 🛰️SATELLITE MANUFACTURING 🛰️
"The process of making a satellite involves several steps and teams of scientists, engineers and technicians work together".
Type Of Process:
(A)Define objectives: "Determine the purpose and objectives of the satellite, such as communications, weather observation, Earth observation, or scientific research".
(B)Design Phase: "Design the satellite structure, components, systems and payloads according to its objectives. This includes specifying the type and size of the satellite, selecting the power source, communication system and equipment".
(C)Component Selection: "Select the required components for the satellite, such as solar panels for power generation, processors for data processing, sensors for observation, and communication devices for data transmission".
(D)Integration: "Combine and integrate the various components into the satellite structure. This includes wiring the electrical system, mounting sensors and devices, and ensuring that all components fit and function properly".
(E)Testing: "Perform rigorous tests to ensure that the satellite can withstand the extreme conditions of space, such as vacuum, extreme temperatures, radiation and vibration. Satellite performance, communication systems, power generation and data processing capabilities are thoroughly tested".
(F)Launch System Selection: "Select the appropriate launch vehicle based on the weight, size and launch requirements of the satellite. Interface with launch providers and prepare for upcoming launches".
(G)Launch: "The satellite is transported to the launch site and assembled with the launch vehicle. A launch vehicle then carries it into space, where it is deployed into its designated orbit".
(H)Mission Operations: "Once in orbit, the satellite is controlled and monitored from a ground station. Operators and scientists receive telemetry data, analyze it, and send commands to ensure proper satellite operation and data collection".
(I) Data processing and analysis: "Data collected by satellites are received on the ground and processed for various applications such as weather forecasting, environmental monitoring, scientific research or telecommunications".
(J)End of Life: "Eventually, a satellite will end its mission because it will run out of fuel or its systems will degrade over time. At this point, measures are taken to ensure its safe disposal, such as incineration upon re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere or moving to a cremation orbit".
"It is important to note that the above process is a general overview, and the actual development of a satellite may have more complexity, depending on the mission requirements and the specific technologies involved".
"Satellites play an important role in our daily life. In fact, they contribute to our well-being and make it possible for us to meet many of Earth's most important needs and challenges. They are useful in many fields like earth observation, communication, navigation and science. And the use of satellite is making many things faster. Since the use of satellites, we are getting many types of information immediately at home. The use of satellite is very large in Indian Army because we are using satellite to detect different types of weapons or different types of bomb damaging devices in many places".
